To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UDV PEDALS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use our Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to UDV PEDALS LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
